INITIAL RESPONSES TO PUBLIC NOTICE 2026-1

Consultation on the Allocation, Allotment and Assignment of 5G New Radio Spectrum in Anguilla

1. The Anguilla Public Utilities Commission is engaged in a Consultation on the Allocation, Allotment and Assignment of 5G New Radio Spectrum in Anguilla.
2. A copy of the Consultation Document on the “Allocation, Allotment and Assignment of 5G New Radio Spectrum in Anguilla” is available on the PUC website (pucanguilla.com) and copies can be made available on request from the office.
3. The Initial Responses/Comments period was set for Friday 23^rd January 2026 to 6^th March 2026.
4. The PUC received responses/comments from:
   1. Cable & Wireless (Anguilla) Ltd.
   2. Digicel
   3. Paradise Mobile

5. These initial comments are hereto attached and are available on the PUC website (Active Consultations – Public Utilities Commission, Anguilla). The PUC now invites comments to these comments.
6. The period for reply comments (Comment on Comments) will commence on Friday 8^th May 2026 to Friday 29^th May 2026.
7. Following the Comment on Comments period, the Commission will review all submissions with the Consultant. Following which, a Final Paper will be prepared with the Allocation, Allotment and Assignment of 5G New radio Spectrum in Anguilla for submission to the Minister with responsibility for Communications for approval.
8. All responses to this Consultative Document should be written and sent by email or delivered (paper and electronic copy) by hand or by courier no later than 3:30 pm on Friday 29^th May 2026 to:
