The Public Utilities Commission is tasked with the regulation of Public Utilities in Anguilla. This is achieved by the execution of the various functions of the commission under section 3, of the Telecommunications Act Chapter T6.
The Commission publishes its Annual Work Plan and related Budget for the each year. Our plan highlights our focus in key areas for which we propose to undertake in order to realize our objectives in each year.
