Keesha C. Carty

Mrs. Keesha C. Carty is a native of Anguilla; an attorney at law by profession (UWI graduate); and a court connected mediator and trained family law mediator.  She also lectures courses such as Law of Human Resource Practitioners and Hospitality Law at the University of the West Indies Open Campus and the Anguilla Community College respectively.  Mrs. Carty has knowledge and experience in telecommunications laws and regulations and liberalization of telecommunications.  Her legal expertise and wealth of knowledge are assets to the Public Utilities Commission.
